1. Services

We operate as a private consultancy, under the legal business name of "eMediaProse LLC" to provide clients and customers with access to a digital AI-powered Tech Stack Audit platform, related assessments, reports, and optional training or implementation services (“Services”). All Services are provided for informational and operational planning purposes only.

2. No Professional Advice

Our Services do not constitute legal, financial, accounting, medical, or other regulated professional advice. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on the information provided.

3. Eligibility

Services are intended for businesses and professionals. Implementation Sprints are available only to companies with annual revenue under $500,000.

4. Access and Use

Upon successful payment, you are granted non-transferable access to the purchased Services ad Platform resources. Sharing access credentials or materials is prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, frameworks, and methodologies provided remain our intellectual property. You may use deliverables internally within your organization but may not resell or redistribute them.

6. Payments

All fees are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is required in full prior to access. Paddle acts as the payment processor.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the Services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may occur due to third-party software risks or loss due to unforeseen circumstances.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the applicable state of Delaware in which our business is registered.
